iJuris™ is a privately held technology company located in Palo Alto, California focused on providing a thoughtful, integrated solution combining automated forms management, document automation and collaboration tools to attorneys in law firms and corporate legal departments.

iJuris combines experienced attorneys with experts in designing, developing, implementing and supporting robust but user-friendly web applications. iJuris was started by Kenneth Cramer and Jun Zhang.

Kenneth has lived the issues faced by legal professional from many angles. He has practiced corporate and transactional law for 20 years in both law firms (large, medium and small) and legal departments (large and start up). He has also served as general counsel and an executive of technology companies responsible for legal, business development, human resources and administration. Prior to law school, Kenneth was a paralegal.

Jun is a seasoned technologist as well as an entrepreneur. He was the founder of Vercury Inc. which specializes in video fingerprinting. Before founding Vercury he was a senior architect at PayPal. Jun received his PhD degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
